5Linx… The Long Story Made Short

5Linx was founded in 2001 by three telecommunications executives whose sole purpose was to create a premiere VoIP (voice over IP) telecommunication company.

5Linx has achieved just that over the last 9 years as their revenue grew from $3million in 2004 to an unprecedented $25 million in 2007.

5Linx didn’t stop with just VoIP.  They currently host a wide range of products ranging from cellular phone service, satellite TV, home security, and broadband internet.

In 2006-2009 5Linx appeared in Inc. magzine’s Fastest Growing Private Companies and have grown their customer base into over 20 countries worldwide while focusing the distibution of these products through thousands of independent sales representatives.

This gives everyday people the opportunity to use these cutting-edge products and make some money off of them at the same time.  In some cases there are representatives that will earn six to seven figure passive residual incomes.

Operating out of a 50,000 sq. ft. building in Rochester, NY it appears that 5Linx is here to stay.

Why 5Linx Is NOT A

Scam…

Most everyone has heard of the ponzi scheme.  After what we went through this year with Bernie Madoff people who were oblivious to it now know how ugly it can get.

Nowadays when people see something about an opportunity that could change their life people become defensive.

5Linx gives it share of huge income claim potential, so by nature a lot of people are going to label it a scam before doing any kind of research.

One thing that people just don’t comprehend is that when you see businesses partnering with Fortune 500 companies such as ATT, Sprint, and DISH network…it’s for real!

There is no way on God’s green earth that these major companies are going to put their brand at risk by getting involved with something extremely illegal and frowned upon such as a ponzi scheme.

So anytime you see these names it’s a good sign the company is legit.

5Linx has partnered with Fortune 500 companies such as these and when people sign up to be an independent representative they are given the right to promote and sell these products and serviceswhile earning a percentage off of everyone’s monthly bill.

The more services you or those in your downline sell the more money you make, it’s just that simple.  Fortune 500 companies are willing to pay BIG MONEY for pens signing new contracts.

So to answer thw original question, 5Linx definitely is NOT a scam.

How Do I Make Money

With 5Linx?

Once you have signed up with 5Linx it’s time to start gathering customers and buiding your sales team (downline).

This is the part of the post that I will be very honest.  As the title says this post is about ‘FACTS’ and not fluff.

Once you sign up with 5Linx you can expect to receive the usual make a list of friends and family, pass out dvds, 3 foot rule and hyped up type of training.

Although this method is popular throughout the industry it is the most ineffective way to go about building your organization.  People who are successful with this type of approach are what I like to call ‘natural closers.’

These type of people are very rare and if you are not a ‘natural closer’ then statistics show that you have about a 2% chance for success.

So, how can you tip the scales in your direction?

Simple, you need to learn how to put your business in front of those who are already looking for it.  This is called marketing and it is a skill that is learned and developed over time.

This skill is not a fly-by-night type of thing, it will require dedication and perseverance.  Luckily, this is where I can help you.
