One of the famous techniques taught by Exfuze as well as this entire industry is to make a list of your friends and family (warm market).
Problem is, now that you have used up your ‘warm market’ who are you going to introduce your products and opportunity too?
There are 2 main reasons why the ‘list’ is flawed.
1. Most people have no desire for your juice and view your ‘opportunity’ as a scam. If your prospects think you are in a pyramid scheme they definitely aren’t going to join you in business.
2. If you are an ‘mlm junkie’ and are involved with a different opportunity every 6 months and this is your 3rd or 4th time around to talk to your warm market, they have grown immune to your pitch.
Fact is, if you yourself are not making tons of money with the Exfuze opportunity, talking to you friends and family is a waste of your time. You have no credibility, so it is going to be much easier for you if you can learn to look beyond your friends and family.
Besides, in the long run your warm market is not going to be solely responsible for your long term residual income. So how can you get beyond the warm market?
Lets look at the basics of marketing:
Here are 4 ACTION STEPS you can take to elevate your Exfuze business to the next level and beyond the initial warm market.
1. Find people interested in your products. Put your products in front of potential consumers by presenting its benefits. Tell people what value they are going to be getting by using your products. Doing this will allow you to identify your potential customer base.
2. This is a repeat of the first one just rephrased. When you are presenting your product make sure you are delivering the kind of message that fulfills your prospects needs, wants and desires. Don’t think about how much money your are going to be making as it will KILL your presentations.
3. Facilitate the purchase by basing it on what is the best choice for your prospect. Example… shipping, the ease of payment, support, follow up.
4. Your message has to be delivered to the right audience at the right time based on their own time table.
So here is where I am getting at with these 4 principles.
You have to learn how to market your Exfuze products and opportunity to build a huge business. Unfortunately, this is left out of the Exfuze training calls and presentations.
If you were to take what is being taught in Exfuze or any mlm opportunity for that matter, and try to apply it to the mainstream marketplace, making a list of friends and family wouldn’t stand a chance.
Imagine Coca Cola, Craftsman or Old Spice telling their employees to make a list of their friends and family. They would probably bust out laughing!
A good mentor or upline should be teaching you:
- How to find targeted low-cost leads. I’m talking 20 cents to $1 leads as opposed to 15-20-30 dollar leads.
- What to say to that prospect.
- How to facilitate the purchase.
- How to determine if the person is ready to buy based on their needs, wants and desires.
BOOM..That’s IT!
Address these components before you pick your mentor or sponsor. If you want to break the ‘rejection cycle’ of your friends and family once again learn how to market your Exfuze business. Put what you have to offer in front of hungry customers who are searching for it.
