Network Marketing Cures

One of the biggest problems I see in this industry as well as Vollara is the process of downline cloning.

This means that everyone tries to become the leader they are following by trying to ‘DUPLICATE EVERYTHING’ they are doing. Including, that persons style, presentations, prospecting, and closing methods.

Now of course there is nothing wrong with wanting to duplicate that specific individuals SUCCESS however, this becomes a problem when the person forgets about their own unique talents, personality, passions, abilities, and skills and tries to mimic that particular leader.

In essence, they try to become someone they’re not and focus all their energy to become just like ‘presidential ambassador Vollara super recruiter.’ I understand that most people are just trying to do what the ‘pros’ are doing, but you don’t get a lot of long-term benefits trying to drink their Kool-aide per say.

Now I know you don’t want to actually BE the person you are following, you just want to get the same results they are getting, right?

Well, there are lots of ways to get results in Vollara despite what your upline or sponsor is telling you. Your sponsor will tell you…”don’t reinvent the wheel” or they will say…”don’t go outside of the system,” but if you were to study the most successful people on our planet you would find that no 2 people’s methods are ever the same.

Each individual brings his or hers own unique abilities and talents to the table and uses them to create their success.

Lets look at a couple of examples:

1. Tiger Woods – He probably could have joined Vollara and had success with it, but he loves golf and Lord knows he has plenty of talent and passion for it; thus, he has become very successful at it.

2. Mark Cuban – Billionaire – Sure, he could have stayed in the computer/software business and probably continued to do very well with it; BUT he loves sports and decided to have a business that he has a passion for.

3. Robert Kiyosaki – Yes, he admires this industry and network marketing companies like Vollara…he knows it’s a great way to create wealth; BUT he enjoys real estate and has a passion for teaching financial education principles to people. (Which he has earned a ton of money doing.)

YOU! - You bring your own creativity, passions and personality to Vollara.

From my own experience, true success is defined when you tap into your own strengths and unique abilities and use then in a leveraged vehicle like network marketing (Vollara), to create the lifestyle you want to create.

Your team is lucky to have you, be yourself. If you don’t enjoy what you are doing, STOP, or start implementing more YOU into the equation. We are always the happiest as human beings when we can just be ourselves anyway.

Remember, if everyone does the exact same things, in the exact same ways – then we are nothing but sales robots/clones for Vollara.

Don’t be like that – Be the unique independent marketer you were meant to be and watch your business take off!
